Excelente el lugar, próximo a transporte público, ubicación muy buena, además de tiendas varias tiene supermercados para comprar lo que necesites que cierran tarde. El departamento cuenta con todo lo básico necesario para una buena estancia. Consejo, para otros usuarios, lo que ya no uses no.lo tires déjalo en el refrigerador para otros viajeros. Es una manera de cadena de favores La zona se nota muy segura Gerard, el anfitrión, es muy cordial atento siempre a las eventuales necesidades

− Gli esemplari di Blatta orientalis sono superiori alle notti trascorse in questa struttura. Tre rinvenute all’interno dell’appartamento, due nel vano scala interno. Le blatte orientali sono vettori accertati di Salmonella ed Escherichia coli — dettaglio che il gestore evidentemente ritiene trascurabile. A fare compagnia alle blatte, una colonia stabile di formiche, documentata fotograficamente per l’intera durata del soggiorno. Il bagno cieco è dotato di un estrattore dell’aria le cui pale, ricoperte da uno strato di polvere di proporzioni geologiche, non hanno mai mostrato segno di vita. Dalle recensioni precedenti su questa stessa piattaforma risulta che il problema era già noto. Misteriosa coincidenza: non appena abbiamo segnalato il problema ci viene risposto che l’estrattore funzionava perfettamente fino al giorno del nostro arrivo. La cucina, pubblicizzata come attrezzata, era priva di scolapasta, olio e spezie. Assenza di sapone in bagno. Abbiamo provveduto a tutto autonomamente. Alla nostra segnalazione, l’host ha inviato un’addetta alle pulizie che — dando prova di un pragmatismo ammirevole — ha installato trappole per blatte nell’appartamento, salvo poi dichiarare di non aver visto nulla. Il tecnico della manutenzione, annunciato per riparare l’estrattore, non si è mai presentato. La richiesta di rimborso parziale, avanzata nella prospettiva di una soluzione collaborativa, è stata respinta con l’invito a goderci Barcellona. Barcellona è effettivamente bellissima. Peccato averla vissuta pensando a quante blatte ci aspettassero al rientro.

"I am writing to express my serious disappointment with my stay. The apartment was not in an acceptable condition; the bathroom facilities were broken, and the air conditioning was ineffective. Furthermore, the check-in was delayed by 45 minutes. When I mentioned the difficulty of waiting in 45-degree heat, the host responded with cynicism, telling me to simply sit in a cafe. I was further appalled to be called a liar when I brought these valid issues to the host's attention. Additionally, the building is located in an extremely noisy area, and the staircase leading to the apartment is excessively narrow, making access very difficult. Most importantly, I encountered undisclosed, on-site check-in fees: €30 for check-in at midnight and €50 for check-in at 2:00 AM. This information was nowhere to be found on the listing. This lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable. I am relieved to have concluded my stay at this property

Unpleasant stay and unprofessional behavior

− Our stay in June 2026 was very disappointing. The AC was not working from the first day, and with temperatures of 32–36°C, the apartment stayed extremely warm day and night (we were literally sweating). We informed the property manager immediately, but he offered no solution and stopped responding for more than a day, clearly delaying until our checkout. When we asked for the official receipt for the local taxes we paid in cash during check‑in, he ignored our messages again. His final reply was unprofessional, saying he “faces customers like us every day” and accusing us of “threatening” him when we simply requested our legal receipt for the local taxes, especially since the amount he asked for differed from what Booking stated. The lack of communication, the unresolved AC issue, and the refusal to provide the required tax receipt made our stay very unpleasant. His replies to other guests show similar disrespect. At this price, guests can find properties that provide the amenities they advertise and treat customers properly. It is sad because people and many owners in Barcelona are generally kind and helpful, yet some owners treat guests only as a source of money and nothing more.

Su ubicación, bastante silencioso y cómodo.

− Los detalles marcan la diferencia: un poco de aceite y sal en la cocina, jabón en el baño (sólo quedaba un poquito de manos), cuando viajas para un par de días, se agradece. La habitación olía regular y la limpieza de la cocina, es mejorable.
