− Needed TLC, flat felt dirty. Washed the tableware before we used. No tea towel to dry them. Broken toilet seat in WC & the other in main bathroom didn’t fit properly Advertised jacuzzi bath , dirty so didn’t use. Only throws available for all 3 beds - did manage to find top flat sheet & duvets when we looked in chest of drawers & wardrobe in master suite, but they didn’t feel clean No hairdryer found Kettle needs descaling. Communication prior to stay poor. Asked a few times prior to stay if we could arrive earlier but no reply. No information given about keycode to access property , had to contact Booking . Com to receive this information.

Die Lage des Apartments ist aussergewöhnlich. Ideal um London zu erkunden und den Abend dann in einem der Pubs und Restaurants ausklingen zu lassen.

− Das Apartment ist abgewohnt (Klobrille abgebrochen, Möbel mit deutlichen Gebrauchspuren, malader Handlauf zur Dachterasse und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (verdreckte Terasse). Das Thema Wasserdruck bei Toiletten ist grade grösseren Gruppen störend. Renovierung/ Facelift ist hier dringend nötig

− Dirty - every thing was filthy Heating & water not working. We had to complain & wait in for a heating engineer on our second day

Generally we enjoyed our stay and it was a good location for us.

Good location .Well appointed

− Cleanliness could have been better especially around sinks .Some mugs weren’t clean.No hairdryer though there was an empty box so possibly taken by a guest.Beds weren’t completely made up. The small terrace was a godsend in the heat but not easy to get to and not really looked after, there were the remnants of other people’s parties from along time ago , I wouldn’t expect air con in most London flats but the fans didn’t really help, they just move the hot air about. Lots of stairs which I should probably have noted on booking.No bottle of wine which wasn’t a big issue but take it out of your description.In many self catering properties, not just this one I think the problem is that there is a turnover just after one set of guests leaves , then if there is an amount of time till the next guests nobody bothers to do a check and freshen up so it can feel a bit stale and untended.

Large living room, comfortable couches & functional kitchen

− - Apartment needs some love. Everything is bit old and needs an upgrade. - Beds with hard springs in your back. - Curtains that are not functional. Don't block any light. - Very warm. There are fans but they are not enough to cool the rooms for a comfortabel temperature. Ok it was exceptional hot for a few days. - Not very clean. Ok but not great. - Toilets flush once then you have to wait a while.

Most comfortable bed I've had in a long time!
