Amazing view from the rooftop, Very practical location. Nurten was always available and quick to respond.

− The apartment is a bit older than it looks in the pictures, the bedroom curtains don't make the room completely dark if you'd like to sleep longer.

This apartment was great! Roomy, included washer dryer, and had beautiful rooftop patio. Location was very close to Taksim square, so you can make it there in a few minutes after a little climb. There are 2 restaurants and 3 small grocery stores within 100 meters of the front door. You can reach the metro within a short walk to Taksim square station or a 7-10 minute walk down the hill to the T1 line and bus line. Pros: Good powerful shower Excellent washer and dryer Comfy bed Beautiful views from rooftop patio A second balcony outside of the bedroom Host was incredibly responsive and helpful

− Overall everything was great, the one warning I have is that the area is VERY hilly. The walk from the apartment to Taksim includes a roughly 75-100 foot incline over a quarter km. The walk to the T1 line is a decline of about 300 feet over around 1 km. We are a couple in our early 40s and struggled after a few days. If I were younger and in better shape it probably wouldn’t have been an issue, but both our knees were begging for a rest after 5 days or so. Cons: The unit is on the top floor, so you’ll need to go up 5 lights of spiral stairs to get to the unit. There is no lift (not uncommon in European cities).

I liked the place and the view from the balcony. The hostess was always quick to respond and helpful with explanations.

Wonderful view from the small balcony and terrace on the top floor. Great location. Very friendly and communicative landlady.

− The apartment was clean but due to fast turnaround it was done quickly and it showed. Nothing terrible, just small things that we spotted. The entrance lights to the actual block and the first floor lights are quite dim. All the other floors had good lighting. This does not affect the apartment at all, just the feel of when you enter the building.

Great location with quick and easy access to public transportation. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The rooftop terrace did not disappoint and offers a great view of the Bosphorus.

− The fourth floor without an elevator means a lot of steps. There can be a lot of noise from the nearby rooftop bars – earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

Апартаменты великолепные! Уютно, удобно, оснащенная кухня, качественный душ. Но главное - это, конечно, терраса с видом на Босфор! Можно сидеть на ней сутками и смотреть на кораблики. Это очень целительно в наше беспокойное время. Нуртен, благодарим сердечно! Вы очень заботливая хозяйка!
