Teleurstellende ervaring door slechte start en gebrek aan compensatie

− Wij kwamen op zondagavond laat aan met vier kinderen, waaronder twee jonge kinderen, in een appartement dat helaas niet gekuist was. Volgens de host ging het om een miscommunicatie en er zou onmiddellijk iemand komen poetsen. Hoewel dit werd opgelost, betekende het dat wij moesten wachten terwijl er nog gepoetst werd, waardoor onze kinderen niet op tijd naar bed konden. Dit zorgde voor een zeer slechte start van onze tweedaagse. Toen we bij de host om een compensatie vroegen, was dit niet mogelijk. Dit heeft ons enorm teleurgesteld, zeker gezien de accommodatie niet goedkoop was en we een betere service hadden verwacht. Een correcte en klantvriendelijke oplossing had deze situatie kunnen verzachten, maar helaas bleef die uit.
All staff were brilliant and the apartment was perfect for our break.

10.0Appartement spacieux et proche du centre ville et des musées. C'est idéal pour pouvoir visiter la ville et l'espace cuisine permet de pouvoir se faire à manger facilement (si l'on ne veut pas faire que des restaurants).
− ce n'était pas de la faute du logement mais nous avons eu des voisins du dessus très bruyants : ils ont fait la fête toute la nuit du samedi au dimanche et ils n'étaient pas particulièrement discrets.
