10.0La localizacion, el silencio en el piso y tranquilidad del entorno. Fuimos con mi bebe de 20 meses y tanto para nosotros como para mi hija ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Si volvemos a Londres repetimos seguro.

− It wasn’t very clean at check in with dust and some dirt in the flat, used coffee pods left in the coffee machine, etc.

− The internet wasn't working due to a technical issue. We were promised a £30 refund, which never happened. The cleanliness could have been better... In some areas, there was dust on the furniture, and the inside of the fridge and freezer were dirty.
