Die Wohnung hat viel Potenzial- ist aber leider viel zu abgenutzt und teuer.
7.0Gute Lage, große und helle Wohnung. Gute Platzaufteilung.
− Sie ist nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Keine Garderobe, nichts für Schuhe, keine Ablagen im Allgemeinen, keine Haken, viel zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck, keine Stühle oder Sessel im Schlafzimmer, keine Schränke für Kleidung, keine Badmülleimer. Vorhandene Möbel waren in Teilen kaputt und/ oder mit vielen Flecken. Die Matratzen sind zu klein und haben viele Flecken- auch Brandflecken. Beim Abziehen der Laken ist mir schlecht geworden. Es war nicht besonders sauber. Fenster waren ziemlich dreckig. Der Garten glich eher einer Brache.

− Needs maintenance, lots of things were broken and the travel cot we requested wasn’t provided in full. There was also a really strong sewage smell in the main bathroom + bedroom. When I contacted the rental company about this, communication was very slow/ non existent

Absolutely horrible apartment.
1.0Relatively close to Honour Oak Park and at the same distance a grocery store
− The place was absolutely disgusting with food leftovers on the floor, between the wooden panels of the dining table, in the dining chairs. The dishwasher didn't work and had still dirty dishes in it but also in the cabinet there were dirty dishes. There was a massive water leak stain in one of the bath rooms and the showers had broken nobs. In one of the showers the temperature could not be changed. The floors of the rooms were absolutely dirty, which was not a surprise considering the dirty vacuum cleaners. Beds were roughly 1,20 meters wide. Me and my wife have average postures, but could not sleep together in one bed. We had to sleep each with one of our kids and even then the beds were way to narrow. Such a shame considering the potential of the apartment. Rental companies only gave apologies and no action was made to address any of our complaints.
