Sent us all instructions and helpful information before check in. • The location was a 3-5min walk to the Victoria Train Station and once you get out the door - you are surrounded by restaurants, Pubs and Sainsbury’s was a stone-throw away. Very convenient location to shops and main transpo. • Bus rides away from major tourist spots • The property is well decorated and modern

− • As we booked at the hottest days in London, they provided A/Cs to the 2 rooms (masters and 1 room on the 2nd flr) but none on the 3rd room. We appreciate that there was a fan, but it was blowing hot air. The listing had A/C as part of the amenities so we were expecting to have A/C in all rooms. I guess it would not be an issue during other times of the year. It was just unfortunate that there was a heatwave in England during the time we stayed there. • On arrival, the place was not dirty but it was dusty. We had to clean surfaces on check in as our toddler suffers from eczema and gets flare ups with dusts. The carpeted areas could have benefited with proper hoovering as it was also dusty. The toilets/showers and basement kitchen were clean - so just needed a quick wipe. There was also a big yellow carpet stain in the middle of the master’s bedroom - we informed Sally (who introduced herself as the cleaner) immediately when she came over that night to set up the blow-up mattress that was missed before our check in. We also informed Sally on the dusty state of the property on arrival. She said they hire a company to do the cleaning and she’ll pass over the information. The stain - she said she knows about it and the cleaning company said they can’t take it off the carpet. It also had little funny smell at first - we left the shower door open and it was better. • Refund of £500 deposit was not processed immediately on the day of check out as per their policy that was sent when they asked for the deposit before check in. I needed to message the property through booking.com twice to follow-up - did not get a response. Then I tried to call Joel (?manager of agency managing property) 7 days after check out, but no answer so I left a voice message. Until I received a whatsapp message on 6/6/26 saying that it’s been refunded. We checked out 29/05/26. We received it in the end after several prompts.

Muy bien ubicado. Cocina muy amplia y con todos los utensilios necesarios.

− Muchas escaleras, inviable para personas con problemas de movilidad. Las camas y almohadas no eran muy cómodas. Nos cambiaron el alojamiento el día antes de nuestra estancia a otro similar por (según ellos) problemas de chinches en los colchones que tenían que cambiarlos todos; sin embargo, al pasar por el que hubiera sido nuestro alojamiento lo vimos ocupado lo que nos resultó raro.

Die Lage ist hervorragend um London zu besichtigen es gibt drei separate Zimmer. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, die Küche befindet sich im Keller.

− Das Wohnzimmer muss dringend überarbeitet werden. Die Sitzmöbel passen nicht zusammen, teilweise defekt oder sehr durch gesessen. Leider gab es viele defekte Sachen, Spülmaschine kaputt, Toilettenbrillen und leider viel dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, dass wir erst einmal putzen mussten.Da die Heizkörperventile überwiegend defekt waren musste man durch Fenster öffnen regulieren. Rollos zur Hälfte defekt. Auf den Schränken zwei Fingerbreit Staub.

The house had its own charm, tastefully decorated. When booking this house, I was a little afraid that the proximity to Victoria Station would be unpleasant (a lot of noise and people), but this location was just perfect. Communication was very fast and friendly.

− If you are used to sleep in silence, then keep in mind that the noise starts around six in the morning.
