Not much really

− We would not stay here again . No hand towels , only 2 bath towels and there was 3 of us . Also no t towels to dry dishes . We did contact the owner and he said he would get some delivered the next morning. I ended up messaging him about 1 pm. We still had nothing and also the hairdryer wasn’t working and made awful noise and smoked. When he turned up, he was quite rude. He said there is towels in there which is where the washing machine was. I couldn’t find any so can you show me cause I couldn’t find any and he reached down behind the washing machine to a bag where there was a towel, but you could not see this bag and why would you look behind a washing machine to find a towel? T towels or hand towels still did not get provided . He wasn’t very nice and made me feel very uncomfortable and I found him quite aggressive Also only three normal glasses to drink out of a few wine glasses hardly any cutlery. Wasn’t very clean in places either quite dirty on skirting boards in the bathroom which you could completely see when you were sat on the toilet shower screen and the bottom was dirty. In the lounge under the coffee table was dirty and in the corner you could see it hasn’t been hoovered.

Great location so close to the station. Made travel so easy, and the flat was very clean.

Clean, great location and good parking. No hot water!!

Location was great, parking and clean.

− Hot water wasn’t boosted on arrival resulting in freezing cold water for shower. If hot water I required you have to wake up early, boost the hot water ready for when you want a shower. Was also informed we could make use of the company’s parking near the excel so didn’t arrange anything in advance, then to be told on the day there’s no spaces! Really frustrating.
