Brilliant location Easy access

HORRIBLE! NEVER COME HERE!!

Nothing, I'll never come back and never recommend it to anybody.

− HORRIBLE! Even we knew we were in a street with bars, once we got into the apartment it was VERY NOISY, so that WINDOWS AND FLOOR WERE SHAKING due to loud music coming from the disco/pub on the block. IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP AND HAVE A REST. The COMMUNICATION with the owner was HORRIBLE, he didn't reply in two days to our messages, and with no intention to help us. WE LEFT THE 2ND DAY to another apartment and we asked for the refund but he could only says that once the reservation has started, there is nothing to do. HE DOESN'T MENTION THE NOISY INSIDE THE APARTMENT ON THE ADVERTISING!!! Not even recommended to people who goes only for partying at that neighborhood, and of course, it you are doing tourism in this city, never come here, you won't be able to rest. Even one of the mattress was too saggy, so it was really uncomfortable. We claimed to booking and are still waiting for an answer.

Die Wohnung ist saubee, sehr schön eingerichtet und super zentral in einer sehr schönen und belebten Gegend gelegen.

− Leider haben einige Geräte, die in der Beschreibung angegeben wurden, während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine & Heizung).

Фотографии с сайта соответсвуют реальности. Было чисто, но сильно пахло чистящими средствами после уборки. Уборку делали при нас за полчаса до check-in.

− Квартира находится прям над баром и музыка и шум вентиляции сильно мешают спать. Мы остановились на 2 ночи, первую ночь вообще не спали, шум закончился в 3 ночи и снова начался в 6 утра.

Spacious apartment in a great location

This cute apartment is in a great location, and is spacious enough for 4 people to stay very comfortably. The kitchen is nicely equipped though we didn't use it much as there is great food all around the neighborhood! I appreciated that all the basic necessities were available (towels, hair dryer, bathroom and kitchen soaps, tea, water) so we didn't have to pack too much or take trips to the store and could spend more time enjoying our short trip. The instructions for getting into the apartment were very easy and our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Getting from the IST airport to the apartment is also easy (the havaist bus is about a 10 minute walk) and the area is well connected to the rest of the city with busses, metro, and ferries nearby.

− This wasn't a problem for us, but note that this is a busy nighttime neighborhood and you may hear music late into the evening as the apartment is above a cafe (not too loud, but you can hear it). If you have trouble sleeping with noise, consider a different neighborhood, otherwise enjoy being able to end your evening at the beautiful cafes and get home easily! Likewise, the cats in the neighborhood are very curious so you may catch them trying to get inside the apartment (there are screens to prevent this) -- for us this was very cute and an adorable memory of our visit, but if you don't like cats, mind the windows :)
