− The air conditioners weren't working well so the property as speacialy second bedroom was.very hot. We lcoun'd sleep well.

− Run down property in noisy area. Since the lock of the front door of the building is not working, front door is kept open by a rug (!!!)... On the second night we got stuck outside since someone took the rug away and the lock of the door was still not repaired...Rude owner yelling over the phone as we were stressed out and refusing to take responsibility. We left the place and filed a complaint on booking.com I've been coming to Istanbul since 2011, always renting apartments via booking,com and never had such a nasty experience.
