The apartment was very clean and perfectly sized for a group of four. The balcony was amazing, especially the view at the Sagrada Familia. The location was perfect as well, with everything in foot reach. The host was also very nice and providing us with many great recommendations regarding cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions and so on.

− There is nothing bad to say about the apartment as it was a perfect experiment overall!!

Outdated photos, worn-out and filthy apartment. Overpriced 120 euro cleaning fee for a terrible job! Not recommended.

On the positive side, the location is good, and the terrace offers a nice view where it was pleasant to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The apartment has a washing machine with laundry detergent, which was very convenient for refreshing clothes. There is also a coffee machine (though the coffee itself seemed to be left by previous guests rather than the hosts). The two air conditioners worked well, and their power was enough for the entire apartment. There is an old and very small elevator in the building (it fits one person and a stroller), so we had to split into groups to go up, but at least it worked properly.

− The photos on the website absolutely do not match reality - it is obvious they were taken many years ago. Everything inside is extremely worn out. The overall condition of the apartment reflects the cheapest renovation and the lowest-quality items available on the market (including terrible bed linen and a cheap kitchen sponge). Instead of proper beds, there are folding cots with very soft, uncomfortable mattresses that constantly slide around and do not hold together. Sleeping was highly uncomfortable. What outraged us the most was that an additional cleaning fee of 120 euros is added to the booking price, but the cleaning was of terrible quality! I must emphasize that the floor was incredibly poorly washed it was so dirty that walking barefoot was simply disgusting. This was a nightmare for a stay with small children. The sofa itself badly needs professional deep cleaning. The dishes are not washed properly before new guests arrive, and there is no dishwasher in the apartment. The pans and kitchenware are in terrible condition and should have been thrown away long ago. The stove is a regular electric one (not induction), and it takes an absolute eternity to cook anything or even to just boil water. The drains in both the kitchen and bathroom are clogged, so the water barely drains, and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I honestly do not understand how this place has a 9 rating on Booking. On top of that, you are required to pay a 300 euro deposit.

Ligging vlakbij de Sagrada de Familia. Metro stations dichtbij. Om de hoek van de straat veel eettentjes, waar je goed kon ontbijten. Groot appartement met drie slaapkamers. Mario communiceerde prima met ons gaf veel goede tips.

− Vooral in de achterste slaapkamer veel geluidsoverlast van de aangrenzende buren.
