9.0Posizionato in una zona residenziale, molto silenzioso, abbastanza facile da raggiungere usando la navigazione, camera ambia, seconda camera molto carina, si vede che la ristrutturazione è relativamente recente e fatta per viverci, ha tutti i comfort necessari. Inoltre ha vicino uno spazio ampio dove mio figlio ha potuto giocare a calcio nei momenti di relax.
− L'unico punto di attenzione è l'umidità nel bagno, ma solo li, e quindi veramente marginale come tema.

10.0Great location. Easy to get to from airport via boat and walk. It was in a quiet area, with everything accessible if you’re like us and you love to walk or use the boats. The apartment felt safe and had everything we needed. The proprietor was an excellent communicator, as was Mattia who met us there when we arrived. A grocery store and local restaurants were close by.

Wonderful Stay
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zattere! It was incredibly clean, beautiful, and a perfect place to relax. Venice was quite hot during our visit, but the apartment stayed cool and comfortable, with everything we needed, especially a fridge and ice box. The location is great, right by the main waterfront area, and an easy walk to just about everywhere. If you aren't in the mood to walk, the Vaporetto stop is right outside, just around the corner, as is the supermarket. Our host, Sophie, was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!
