10.0Great location, the house was a little dream! Clean and literally across from the water bus stop and the host was very polite and helpful.
Better options for the price.
5.0Spacious bedrooms and close to train station. Washing machine and large kitchen table. Good ACs in main rooms. Lots of cooking utensils. Many windows. A few cooking spices and supplies and good sized fridge. Fireplace. Contact person was responsive to fix wifi issues.
− Apartment is a bit run down. Some kitchen cabinets are coming loose. TV looks more like a computer monitor and remote button for navigation is broken. Bathroom light burnt out. Wooden toilet seat is peeling and chipped. Missing curtain to storage closet in bedroom. Frayed wiring on two places of iron cord ( be careful!) as it was repaired with packing tape. Most hosts provide complimentary water bottles, soap and shampoo. Not here so make sure to bring your own. Also to be exact. The address is 916 Calle Cannaregio not 916 Cannaregio as provided on address so it’s further than your initial Google maps query (650 m)

9.0Casetta indipendente in sestriere non turistico. Tranquillo ma vivace. Due camere e ampio bagno. Cucina grande e fornita di tutto. Presente climatizzazione. Estrema pulizia, in ogni località. Contatti con il proprietario molto agili e senza particolari criticità.
− Il piano terra (zona giorno) è più curato e sembra più moderno. Le camere e il bagno al primo piano (scala ripida non adatta se si hanno problemi di mobilità) presentano maggiori segni del tempo, con alcune macchie di umidità sui muri. Il bagno in particolare è un po' vecchiotto, con doccia che avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento (doppio soffione con scarsa pressione e una strana lampadina sul soffitto). In definitiva un'ottima soluzione, per posizione, pulizia, servizi e facilità di contatti con il proprietario.

− 總共兩層樓，臥室在二樓，如果要把行李抬到二樓不大方便，只能放在一樓。

6.0− No nos anduvo internet en toda la estancia y no obtuvimos respuestas a eso. Un poco sucio y la ducha bastante chica e incómoda.
