Centrally located. Easy access and all items required for a comfortable stay.

− Light switches in kitchen was a bit tricky and it often felt like it might break turning it on. Okay once we got used to it. Written instructions would be nice on how to work appliances especially for those of us from a different country.

Perfect location! Not as noisy with bedrooms being in back. Small issue with kitchen light switch working intermittently, and combo washer/dryer keeping our clothes hostage but if these are cleared with host… I’m sure it will be addressed. He’s a very good host and gave us excellent advice!

The host was great, explained everything we needed to know, and the apartment was stocked with everything you could ask for in terms of towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, laundry needs, VERY NICE kitchen with pots and pans, toaster, cooking supplies, etc, etc. Beautiful dining area, ALL the essentials (and more) down to the last detail. which is especially great for people like us who like to cook for themselves --and there's a Tesco only a few minutes walk away! Although the flat might run you a bit more than a hotel, you will MORE than make up for it with the money you save should you choose to cook for yourself rather than eat out three times a day. Not to mention the COMFORT of being able to stretch out in a roomy, beautifully decorated apartment that puts most cramped hotel rooms to shame. And it's very aesthetically pleasing, with way more CHARACTER than most hotel rooms. As for location, well, you couldn't ask for more -- just a few minutes walk from many of the West End theatres (which was one of the main reasons we came) and maybe a nine or ten minute walk to Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, etc., and just under a mile away from Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Pier, etc. I really can't imagine a better combination of comfort, character, convenience, and location.

− Hard pressed to think of anything. Maybe a few more hangers in the closets, but that's a trifle compare to the multitudes of positives this place has to offer.
