9.0Nice, quiet location outside the center. Excellent conditions. Very close to a ferry stop from where you cant get to anywhere in the city.

10.0Gefallen hat uns besonders die Lage. Es war ein Supermarkt und viele Restaurants mit normalen Preise ganz in der Nähe. Und abends konnte man sich gemütlich vor dem Haus noch an die Promenade setzen. Außerdem war die Unterkunft gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns einfach wohlgefühlt. Wir würden wieder dort buchen, wenn wir nochmal nach Venedig fahren.
− Zwei Kleinigkeiten, die man eventuell verbessern könnte: Die Info zur Kaution kamen erst, als wir schon im Zug waren. Diese 50 Euro konnten nur mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden, man hatte also weniger Auswahl als bei der Buchung über Booking. Solche Infos muss man unbedingt früher erhalten. Und der zweite Punkt: uns wurde gesagt, dass man den Müll in der Früh immer den Abholenden geben soll und ihn nicht stehen lassen darf vor der Türe - das ist natürlich total nervig im Urlaub, wenn man die Müll-Abfuhr abwarten muss. Viel sinnvoller ist es, den Müll in der Früh zur Haltestelle in der Nähe (1min zu Fuß) zu bringen. Da gibt es ein Zeitfenster täglich in der Früh und man muss nicht jemanden abpassen oder auf jemanden warten. Diese Alternative könnte man noch sinnvoller hervorheben.
Хотелось бы более раннее заселение, чтобы не ждать на улице на жаре почти 40 градусов…. И раз заселение такое позднее,

− Кухня со всем необходимым, но не хватало масла и специй- на два дня покупать бутылку масла было бы не рационально. И хотелось бы капсульную кофе машину для завтраков (рядом нет ни одного бара)
