10.0Super appartement décoré avec goût, chauffé généreusement, spacieux et très bien équipé. Très bien isolé et calme bien qu'étant au rez-de-chaussée ! Communication très facile et efficace avec Philipp. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun!

− Unfortunately no basic amenities like tea or coffee. The 5th sleeping place is on a good sleeping bed/couch. But no real curtains.
I would always come back here. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged
10.0The apartment is excellent. It’s spacious, clean, bright, and comfortable. The photos accurately represent what it’s like. It’s great for a group of several people or a family. It has two large bedrooms, and everything is nice and clean. It’s close to the U-Bahn station, and for us the location was great, although it depends a lot on what you expect from that particular part of Berlin. I also love that the apartment isn’t cluttered with unnecessary items or furniture, and that it has space both for working and for relaxing.
− Everything was great. I have no complaints. In terms of facilities, we were missing an iron—though it’s possible we just didn’t find it in the apartment. But if I had asked the host, I’m sure they would have provided one quickly and easily. Truly, nothing but the highest praise.
