La posizione era eccellente, a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro. Il proprietario é stato molto cortese e disponibile. Bella la casa.

− L’appartamento non era pulitissimo, molto brutti anche la pila di asciugamani (non si sa se puliti o meno) sull’armadio in camerda da letto. Abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo il primo giorno, ma l’host é stato gentilissimo e ci ha portato un’ulteriore ventilatore.

Small and cozy, an excellent stay for a small group

The apartment was really well equipped, there was coffee or tea for everyone, and you could overall find anything you would need for a short stay (e.g. hairdryer, shampoo & shower gel, kitchenware, plenty of toilet paper, etc). The location was exceptional, as the closest tube station was 3 minutes away (Aldgate East Station) and you could get to the main sightseeing areas or the O2 arena in less than 30 mins. There were a lot of restaurants, coffe shops and other shops nearby, and brick lane's market was within a walkable distance, you could even walk to Tower Bridge or Sky Garden. The general area felt relatively safe, even at night, and the neighbourhood was friendly and multicultural, but not full of many tourists. Everything in the apartment was easy to find and there was a guide provided by our host that really helped a lot. The rooms were comfortable and big enough for four people, but the bathroom was a little bit small. Collecting the keys and getting in the apartment was really easy, as the instructions provided were very clear. Our host was great with the communication (quick to respond and very helpful) and helped us with all of our requests. Overall, we would stay there again and we would recommend it to anyone who would like to get a better/more local glimpse of London.

− The bathroom was a bit small, which was clear in the description, but it felt very cluttered. Even though the apartment as a whole was relatively clean, there were some spots that were a bit dusty and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Also, as stated previously, although there were many amenities that made our stay more pleasant, there were a lot of towels and bed sheets in the closets that you couldn't tell if they were clean or not. At last, the back room could use a bit better ventilation as it could get really humid or dusty. However, these are all minor details that could only help improve the apartment, rather than complaints, as we were very pleased with our stay.

Communication with the host regarding key collection and check-in was very nice and efficient. The apartment has everything you need for a short city break in London and is also very well connected to the city center (a subway station is 3 minutes away).

− The area is quite noisy in the evenings and at night, so in the summer, sleeping with the window open can be difficult due to the noise (but we knew that in advance).

La ubicación excelente. En zona 1 de metro. Lugar tranquilo, cerca andando de Liverpool Street lo cual facilita la conexión en tren al aeropuerto y Faruq súper amable. El apartamento cómodo y limpio con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.
