10.0The flat was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. The host was friendly and responsive!
الشقه كاااابوس
1.0الموقع فقط. شقه معفنه وكل شي فيها غير صالح للاستخدام الآدمي.
− رائحة عفن وحشرات بكل مكان. شقه قذره جدا اثاثها قديم التنظيف سئ جدا جدا. المفارش كلها شعر وريحتها وخامتها شيء مقرف ويستخدم مفارش ملونه عشان مايبين الوصخ يعني للي بيسكن بهذا المكان يجيب معاه مفارش وفوط . كل مكان خدوش وغبار. للمدخل في ثلاث سلالم صغيره تتعب مع الشنط. صوت القطار رايح جاي. كل شيء فيها مستهلك. المساحه صغيره. كاتب في بوكينج مقاس السرير 180 ولكن السرير اصغر وسرير الي 90 سم مافيه مرتبه ماترس حاط مثل حشوه خفيف كأنه سرير سجن ونازل . الغساله ريحتها قرف ودخلنا بدري عشان نحط الشنط ولا الاخ الي ينظف حاط نشافه بالصاله يغسل الفرش القديم ويحطه نفسه طبعا النشافه بالصاله عند طاوله الطعام. الي كراسيها كل واحد لون وزايد واحد عليهم موديل ثاني مافي حتى شوية ذوق. والحمامات بعد قصة ثانيه من الاهمال. طبعا الطبيعي بعد هذا كله انه نطلع من الشقه بعد كل الي شفناه ولكن صاحب الشقه او المستضيف ماخذ الموضوع عناد ورفض يلغي الحجز قتله اخذ اول يوم ورجع الباقي ولكنه اصر اني اعطيه اثبات انه الشقه فيها مشكلة وطلب مني دليل وقمت صورتله كل شي مكسور و وسخ و الفرش والشعر و البقع و ووووو وماكو فايده يقولي هذا طبيعي وهذا مايعتبر خطأ مصر انه شقته مافيها مشكله. المهم قتله ماتبي تلغي اشتكيك في بوكينج. رد علي يقول وانا راح ارد عليك في بوكينج واقول انت دخلت الشقه ساعة 12قبل الموعد الدخول طبعا هذا تحايل وخبث منه لأن انا اتفقت معاه انه ادخل اخلي الشنط وارجع ساعه 3 وفعلا هذا الي حصل حطيت الشنط ورجعت عال 3 والا اشوف الشقه كلها قذره وخااااصه المفارش الرمادي. وطبعا الكبتات مخزن فيها مفارش وصخه و أشياء قديمه والمطبخ فيه أغراض مستخدمه يعني الي جاي سياحه راح ينصدم من هذا المكان الغير صالح للاستخدام الآدمي.

9.0Excellent communication with Victor. The appartment was very clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 4 with teenagers. Having a 2nd bathroom was fantastic. Fabulous location in Battersea surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and grassed areas. Area felt safe and we were happy to let the kids go and explore on their own.

8.0Fantastic location and lovely to look out onto the private gardens. Good local food store and travel connections.
− Key collection was a little tricky with the family of five in tow, but fine. Would be good to have a couple more resources in the kitchen. Local store did not stock the coffee pods for the machine.
