property is in central location to Taksim Square..Small room but just right for a solo traveler. Bathroom looks like all new facilities. Plenty of hot water. Other reviews mention neighborhood and hill climb. I didn’t think these subtract from facility. Hill is only steep in one area and location is working class neighborhood. People were friendly to me. So felt safe. My opinion.

Good value for money, you get private room with bathroom. Well equipped, really enjoyed air conditioning.

− Even though it's near Taksim, to reach the appartment you need to go on an extreme downhill, which is not convenient if you want to go in and out several times during a day. Also since the streets are very narrow and I was on the first floor, you can hear and see every person standing there.

Amazing small studio-apartment close to Taksim

I liked many things. First, the friendliness of the residents in the neighbourhood. It's a grassroots area inhabited by working-class locals with real homes, real families, real kids playing football (soccer) in the narrow streets. Second, the excellent service provided by the host and owner, Caner. He was attentive to the smallest detail and made sure to provide me with anything I needed. Third, the proximity to Taksim.

− These aren't negative things related to the property per se. Just points that I need to clarify to future guests. First, at the time of my stay, this unit (the small studio-apartment on the ground floor overlooking the main street) didn't have a microwave or a hot plate. So cooking wasn't possible. Second, the window lacked a mosquito screen. I forgot the window open one day to ventilate the studio, and when I came back one of the neighbourhood cats was sleeping on my bed (I love cats so I didn't mind that). Third, this unit can be noisy from the street if you leave the window open, especially if you're a light sleeper.

- bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum wszystkie (Taksim) - dużo sklepów otwartych całą dobę, o każdej porze można coś zjeść w bliskiej odległości - postój taksówek bardzo blisko, tak samo komunikacja - bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem (miły, uprzejmy, pomocny) - pokój przewyższył moje oczekiwania (idealnie czysty, bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka - wymiana ręczników przez gospodarza, suszarka, czajnik, sztućce, czajnik, szklanki, miski, talerze) - dosłownie było wszystko czego potrzeba Będę ponownie w Stambule i zatrzymam się ponownie w Yellowhouse
