5.0The location was good.
− The apartment is in a super run down building, with no elevator and the apartment on the 5th floor , which was only revealed at arrival.The narrow stairway was completely filthy and the cleaners stuff was parked in front of the apartment door. The apartment itself dark and in a bad condition and nowhere near the pictures advertised and never the size it was supposed to be. The furniture is cheap , the lamps were not working and only replaced after asking for it after 2 days. There were only towels / no shower amenities, the shower curtain and the rest of the place full of Color stains of a possible previous attempt to paint the location to make it look better . However the attempt was as unprofessional as the rest of the place. The location is above a noisy bar which is located on the ground and first floor , which is nowhere mentioned and not acceptable . We would NEVER stay there again .. a bid disappointment and waste of money. To top it off the next customers after us were banging on our door while we were still getting ready and wanted us to let them in early. Very strange and we had to justify that we will not do that . Totally unacceptable!

1.0It was a terrible experience. I paid in full but didn’t stay even one night. The location is acceptable, but the entrance was a mess, with clutter everywhere. The apartment is on the 5th floor, something that wasn’t mentioned until after payment. Inside, there were exposed pipes all over, giving it an unsafe and uninviting appearance. Extremely disappointed with Booking’s curation.

6.0The location was good (near metro) and the staff responded quickly and were helpful
− The apartment accommodates a maximum of five people because the third bedroom has a small bed. The noise from the radiators every hour made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom should be cleaned better, and the bed linen in the wardrobe was left in a mess. The apartment looks better in the photos than in reality.
