Excellent location. Relaxing stay. Bob who dealt with our check in was kind and helpful.

Excellent location. Short walk to Gloucester Road tube station and shops including Waitrose and Boots. Attractive neighbourhood. Close to Museums and Royal Albert Hall. Spacious and calm feeling to the apartment. Pleasant dining and sitting area. Plenty of hot water. Overall plenty of hangers and clothes hanging space.

− Kitchen fabric is tired and kitchen lacking in some basic items to facilitate cooking (eg no vegetable peeler, no grater, no measuring jug, only one large saucepan, only one oven mitt) and cleaning (no wiping up cloth or hand towel for kitchen). WiFi signal inconsistent. Neighbourhood and street noisier than expected at night. No chair or dressing table in bedrooms. Twin room is small.

It was great accommodation for a family of 5 adults. Wonderful location!

The location is good and very convenient to the subway and bus. The apartment offers a good amount of space. We were 5 adults and 2 children and felt comfortable throughout our one-week stay. Communication through the Booking.com messaging system was smooth and responsive. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and we also appreciated the mid-week cleaning provided during our one week stay.

− A £300 deposit is required (as stated on the Booking.com page), which is understandable. However, the refund process was concerning. We were asked to write down our credit card number on a paper or send it via WhatsApp in order to receive the refund. This did not feel like normal or secure practice. I refused to share my card details this way, and the only alternative offered was a PayPal refund, which resulted in additional fees for me. If a deposit is required, there should be a secure and proper mechanism to refund it (similar to standard hotel procedures). Additionally, the windows are not well insulated, and noise from outside is very noticeable. Some bedrooms face the street (semi-basement level), and it was quite difficult to sleep due to the street noise. There are also a few improvements that could make the stay more comfortable: blackout shades would help significantly, the shower knobs are quite old and should be updated, and there are several small maintenance fixes needed around the apartment.

O apartamento é super bem localizado, perto das estações de metro Gloucester Road e Earl´s Cort o que facilita muito o deslocamento. O bairro é lindo com muitas opções de alimentação e com supermercado perto. Fiquei hospedado com meus três filhos adultos por 12 dias em dezembro de 2025 e o espaço é muito bom, com 3 quartos confortáveis e dois banheiros, além de um lavabo. Chuveiros bons, com água bem quente, e calefação em todos os cômodos. Todos os equipamentos essenciais estão disponíveis e em funcionamento (máquinas de lavar e secar, torradeira, secador de cabelo, etc.). Entrega de chaves e devolução do apartamento sem problemas. No meio da estadia o locador forneceu limpeza do apartamento. Lençóis e toalhas limpas e adequados.

− Para acomodar confortavelmente 6 pessoas poderia ter uma mesa de jantar maior (e a sala tem espaço para isto) e mais louças e panelas na cozinha. Para que a experiência fosse mais adequada, os colchões poderiam ser de melhor qualidade, mas nada que não possa ser usado por um curto período. Fica a dica.
