Good location and spacious. It was very clean. Heating up the water was a little bit of a pain, but everything else was great! I didn’t think it was loud outside, but then again we were out kind of late ourselves anyway.

− Had to give the shower water a bit of time to heat up and also the water went all over the floor when you would take a shower.

The host sent very clear check-in instructions in advance, so finding the apartment and getting into the building was effortless. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, including the air conditioning, TV, and kitchen appliances. The kitchen was well equipped, and the host was always easy to reach whenever I had a question. The neighborhood is quite lively, so you may hear some noise at night. However, the windows provide some sound insulation, so it wasn't an issue for me. The apartment is also within walking distance of many of Athens' main tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Athens and really enjoyed the apartment. The location in Plaka was excellent, the balcony was lovely, and the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. It was a great base for exploring the city and just a few steps away from all the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. We also greatly appreciated Yanos’s kindness and flexibility. We asked if we could check out later at 1:00 PM, and he was very kind to accommodate our request, which made our departure much more convenient. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again. 😊

Loved the wonderful location- near shops, restaurants and main square.

− We stayed a week so was looking forward to cooking some meals. Unfortunately, the kitchen is badly equipped. There were no oven pans at all. A general maintenance check of kitchen would help. It's inner city so expect loud music until the early hours.
