If the beds are replaced, I would definitely choose to stay at this property again on my next visit to Venice.
8.0Our stay in Venice was overall excellent. The apartment has a great location, and the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and ensured we felt well looked after. The only drawback was the comfort of the bed and sofa bed, which could use an upgrade. I mentioned this to the manager during our stay. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would happily recommend this property, especially for a family of four.

10.0The property is in a peaceful location, yet it’s just a very short walk to the main street so you won’t miss out on anything. What makes it special is the direct window and door access to the canal—a view and atmosphere you’ll truly admire during your stay.
Would not recommend in current condition
5.0Air conditioning worked well, kitchen functioned well, and the bathroom sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine were all in very good condition
− Bathroom occasionally smelled of garbage (smell coming from outside apartment), little black flies in the bathroom (I killed between 5 and 10 during my stay), ugly embedded stains in one of the chairs, limescale build up on shower door, ugly build up around tiles in kitchen floor, lots of construction happening in neighboring buildings that caused many hours of irritating noise, very inconvenient to have to drop off garbage and recycling between 6:30-8:30 in the morning or supposedly wait for someone to knock on your door (which never happened during my 4 night stay unless I just couldn't hear them through the construction noise). I would highly recommend contacting the host before booking to ensure these things have been fixed.
