9.0The griund floor apartment is well furnished and cozy but not the most spacious. The kitchen is well supplied, which is always a nice touch! The location is hood, just 10 minute from Gesundbrunnen station.

8.0Posizione comoda (a pochi minuti a piedi dalle stazioni della metro Gesundbrunner e Pankstraße), in un isolato abbastanza tranquillo. L'appartamento è molto ben fornito di vettovaglie.
− Non era ben chiaro che la stanza fosse al pian terreno con le finestre direttamente sulla strada. È stato anche difficile arieggiare bene la stanza dato che le finestre sono entrambe sullo stesso lato.

− - Beschreibung liest sich als hätte man verschiedene Räume (Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer/Küche), es befindet sich jedoch alles in einem Raum - Schimmel in der Dusche - schmales Bett - Kaum Möglichkeit Gepäck abzustellen
