Nothing - I did not even get to see the appartment as the host had not informed me it was unavailable prior to my arrival, I only found out when it was check in time!

− I made the reservation 2 days before arrival and got their automated messagesso I presumed they were aware I was coming. On the day of arrival, early in the morning, I texted through booking asking how to check in as there was no information and I got no reply. By lunch time I texted their whatsapp about my check in as no information yet. When the host got back to me, he said he wasn't even aware of my reservation! (with the excuse that he manages too many flats and messages get lost!!). When he checked, he told me that the morning guest had not checked out and that the appartment I had booked was unavailable! This was 2 hours before checking in!! He offered a different apparement but it was far and I don't drive, so I asked that they arrange a taxi for me to get there ( 15 min taxi ride, about 10 euros). He refused and offered that a random person picks me up on a scooter!!! Jesus, he didn't even ask if I had luggage. I requested again a taxi, he refused saying the owner did not agree. I replied that since his manageement company made the mistake, not the owner, the management company should pick up the cost. Again he refused (!!! 10 euros taxi ride!!) and he said that he'd better return my money. I said I did not want a return, I wanted him to arrange an accommodation for me as I had nowhere to go. He refused again. I had to book last minute somewhere else with double the money, then on same day I requested return of my money and HE NEVER RETURNED ME THE MONEY!! Totally unprofessional management company, he never even once apologised for the misunderstanding and he blamed me for not texting him that I made the reservation!!! STAY AWAY!

− Μας πήρε ο υπεύθυνος του καταλύματος για ακύρωση μια ώρα πρωτού φτάσουμε και δεν μας επεστρεψε ποτέ τα χρήματα. Κάηκαν μας είπε οι ασφάλειες και δεν μας έβαλε ποτέ τα χρήματα ενώ ζήτησε να ακυρώσω την κράτηση και μας εγγυήθηκε ότι θα μας βάλει όλο το ποσό. Απατεώνας!!!

− Ότι χειρότερο έχω μείνει ποτέ,μέσα στην βρώμα,ακόμα και τα σεντόνια μύριζαν και ήταν λες και δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ….

Ιδανικό για ολιγοήμερη διαμονή. Ανακαινισμένο σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.
