− Roomservice war schlecht, teilweise nicht da! Rezeption hat uns 3 mal neue Handtücher versprochen, haben wir bis zur Abreise nicht erhalten! Selten wurden wir so ignoriert!
Great location. Staff lacking in warmth.
7.0Fabulous location. Easy access to everything by bus or by foot. It was great to have a quiet place to relax at the end of a busy day.
− Some staff were very welcoming and warm yet others quite cold. There was no way to contact staff from the apartment except via WhatsApp. I did send a message needing something. I had no reply. Fortunately it wasn't life threatening.
