10.0Понравилось все кроме коммуникации с управляющей компанией при заезде и отъезде. Прекрасное расположение, второй этаж и не очень крутая лестница. Лифт. Хороший дизайн квартиры. Современно, но с Венецианской душой. Очень опрятно. Прекрасная квартира.
− Отсутствие конкретик при заезде и отъезде . При заезде появилось требование подписания новых документов, о которых не шла речь. Документы не подготовлены. Заняло уйму времени в пустую. Обязательство сдачи приемки квартиры присутствует, но не формализовано и абстрактно. При отъезде - полный сумбур.

AVOID the worst rental in Venice!

− Apartment is NOT reachable by water taxi. Taxi will drop you off at closest gondola pier. From there you'll have to walk with your luggage 500 ft and over 4 bridges. Nobody is available to assist you with your luggage. Inside the lobby of the building there are 3 more staircases to navigate before the entry into apartment. Description on Booking.com indicates a presence of air conditioning. However the apartment does NOT have working air conditioning. It's very hot inside during spring, summer and fall. Absolutely unlivable! Especially for children and older people. Fast talking, deceiving and conning representative of apartment management company, Rent&Relax, will do EVERYTHING to deny the absence of working air conditioning. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
