Far too hot, without the expected equipment to make it comfortable.
5.0Location was convenient, well equipped kitchen, basic instructions and information was good.
− In extreme heat, only one fan was provided and it had a broken guard. We requested another fan but none was provided. The host was not contactable by ourselves or the caretaker who tried to assist us. As for the flat, it was adequate rather than luxurious. Cleanliness was also not very good, e.g. bits of food on the kitchen floor.

10.0Brilliant staff, confortable I would definitely stay again. Specially when me and my friends locked ourselves out and had to call the brilliant lady at 3 in the morning to get a spare key and she was prompt to help, she was amazing understanding and helpful thank you so much ❤️

− Unclean; especially noticeable in the kettle, bathroom, lamps, oven. Can't see any signs or numbers on the stove (all rubbed off).
