The place needs a revamp and to be put under new management

− Off all the properties we have stayed in this is by far the worst the flat was freezing cold boiler was faulty heating wasn’t working spoke with host she was unsure when she’d be able to send an engineer to fix issue, took upon ourselves that it wasn’t worth the risk in staying with no heating or hot water, all of this should of been checked before hand. Didn’t help I was getting harassed pretty much all evening from the host which didn’t help and prefer to leave it at that it nearly came to the point police may of been called due to the tone manner of the host and how it was still going on well into the evening time. Completely unprofessional
