− Alla nostra partenza l'appartamento era in perfetto ordine, ma una volta rientrati in Italia i proprietari ci hanno scritto accusandoci di aver rotto la televisione, di averla fatta accidentalmente cadere cosa ASSOLUTAMENTE NON VERA!" Alla nostra partenza la TV era al suo posto, senza alcun danno. La loro richiesta di risarcimento è suonata come un tentativo di accusarci di qualcosa che non abbiamo fatto noi per incassare dei soldi in più.

The apartment comes stocked with condiments, snacks, and even a frozen pizza! Apartment was clean, and has a nice corner balcony. Good location to Pimlico station and walkable to all attractions in Westminster, Chinatown.

Localização ótima, próximo do Parlamento e Big Ben. Mercado próximo, estação de metrô há uns 600 metros. Apartamento bem estruturado e equipado, bem confortável. Os proprietários bastante atenciosos e receptivos. Voltaria com certeza

− Moldy ceilings - paint flaking off onto floors. Heating not working in bedroom and bathroom - cold and condensation in windows and mould / damp in bedroom walls. Sub standard clean - used water bottles and toilet roll under double bed / shower hose black and moldy/ towels hard and discolored/ cigarettes in ashtray. Fire alarm missing and external fire exit blocked with broken furniture and locked (staying on 6th floor). Flimsy single camp beds - 1 which was broken and could not be used. Sofa bed had leg ready to snap off so could not be used damaged blinds in sitting room. Floor broken but hidden with a runner mat so my elderly mum tripped. Bathroom needs a deep clean shower head not working and shower hose black with mold.

It was one of the most beautiful and cozy apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was very bright and comfortable. The kitchen had everything — all the utensils and equipment needed to cook a meal, which is very important to me since I love cooking, even when I travel. The terrace was incredibly beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and the hosts took into account all the previous reviews and made improvements wherever possible. I easily found the keys by following the instructions. Perfect location — everything was within easy walking distance.

The location is great. Grocery store and bus stop within 3 blocks. Underground about an 8 minute walk away. Easily walk to Parliament and Westminster Abby. We traveled all around London and easily returned to the apartment.

− There were a few issues during our stay. The owners were reasonably responsive and promised to get them corrected asap, which was appreciated. It would be helpful if there was a notebook for guests with more information about the apartment (how things work, where to take the trash and so on). But overall, it was a great place to stay in Westminster.
