10.0Durante un viaggio itinerante con la macchina abbiamo fatto una sosta a Madrid in questo appartamento. I proprietari, su nostra richiesta, ci hanno prenotato un posto auto in un garage non molto distante a 14 € al giorno. Davanti l'appartamento erano tuttavia disponibili dei posti auto gratuiti.L'appartamento non è molto grande ma è pulito e organizzato alla perfezione con tutto quello che serve: macchinetta nespresso per il caffè, lavatrice e persino una piccola lavastoviglie. Tutto nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Inoltre i proprietari hanno avuto la premura di lasciarci dell'acqua, capsule per il caffè e l'occorrente per fare alcune lavatrici e lavastoviglie. Ho molto apprezzato questa gentilezza che non è da tutti i proprietari che affittano. Anzi... L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata metro Buenos Aires che consente di arrivare con un'unica linea in centro e visitare alcuni tra i luoghi più caratteristici della città. Questo consente di stare in una zona lontana dal caos ma abbastanza vicini per il centro città. Inoltre vicino l'appartamento si trovano due grandi supermercati e alcuni locali dove cenare. Insomma se dovessi tornare a Madrid sceglierei di soggiornare nuovamente in questo appartamento.
− Il soggiorno è soppalcato e la scala per raggiungere il letto non mi sembrava molto comodo. Mio figlio tuttavia non ha avuto nessuna difficoltà nel farla.

− Una de las camas, había que subir por una escalerilla para llegar a ella, hacía un poco de daño en los pies al subir, estaría bien que le pusieran algo para que no doliera tanto.
