10.0Well decorated. Spacious. Clean. Was perfect for the 4 of us. Check in and check out was seamless.Nikita was super prompt in responding to my questions. The flat had all the amenities like a dishwasher and washung machine, comfortable beds, very well equipped bathrooms, some basic consumables in the kitchen. It was a 3rd floor flat but accessible by lift (altgo a very strange amd slow lift😁).
− Nothing really. We loved the place and strongly recommend it. I'll try to book this place again when I visit next. We landed on a super hot day in London, so had to keep the windows open at night. The sound of the traffic outside was very loud. However we managed to sleep through despite the sound and heat (the fans and open windows only helped a little!). Thankfully subsequent nights were pleasant and we were able to shiut the windows so no traffic sounds and great sleep!

8.0The whole apartment was well laid out and comfortable, nicely furnished. Lovely en-suite.
− The bedroom with the twin beds looks out on the double carriageway so is noisy. Small point but apartment is a distance from a shop so a few more basics would have been useful e.g enough coffee pods for each person to have one coffee per day and some long life milk.
We had a fantastic stay. Would stay there again

− Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une machine à café standard avec capsules disponibles en supermarché. Du coup elle est inutilisable.

10.0A very nice place for a stay in the London area. Nice, clean and comfortable. As advertised. The park next to it is beautiful as well. It was a great part of a really enjoyable trip.
