9.0Расположение - самый центр, от метро 50 метров, рядом 2 крытые парковки, если вы приехали на машине. Супермаркеты и рестораны в пешей доступности. В апартах есть все что нужно, посудомойка, стиралка и утюг, кондиционер.
− Шумоизоляция плохая, ночью слышно все за окном. Запах в апартах, со временем привыкаешь, но либо от воды, либо от кондиционера - что-то пахнет неприятно.

8.0Vynikajuca lokalita, vytah priamo na izbu bol super. Vybavanie kuchyne bolo nadstandardne. V tesnej blizkosti vyborne potraviny.
The property is in an old building, but in a good location with metro station nearby.

− A little complicated procedure to open the door. No clean towel to be changed in our 6-days stay. There are 4 big rubbish containers in front of the property on the street. You need to dump your rubbish before your departure.
Super auch für längere Aufenthalte
10.0Das Appartement hat über den Aufzug direkten Zugang. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Lage an der Metro perfekt. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen, was man benötigt. Hat alles super geklappt mit den Zugängen, beim Ein- und Ausvhecken. Sehr empfehlenswert!
