7.0Location, good communication from the host, very friendly and informative. The gondolas pass right outside the window. Shower pressure was good.
− The property was very clean, however the dishwasher had not been turned on after previous guests. The host did apologise for this and expressed it was an unusual occurrence. It would also be good to have some extra blankets available. As it is on the ground floor, some noise can be heard from the above apartment moving across the floor.

10.0Everything was perfect. I booked it at the last minute, and they made it possible for me to check in earlier than expected. It was clean, and the location is really good. The owner was polite and responded very quickly every time I contacted him. Thank you!
Great for a short stay, very handy location
8.0- good location in San Marco, close to Rialto, main square, shops, cafes and restaurants. - nice to watch gondolas pass by the window - able to fit family of 4 or 5 - wifi access was very handy
