9.0Comfortable & clean self-contained apartment, nicely furnished, secure, easy access, had everything I needed. Good shower. Not too small & bedroom at the back made it surprisingly quiet at nighttime.Good location for events I was attending in Stoke Newington area with local restaurants, takeaways, mini supermarkets, few local shops & pubs on doorstep.
− Weather was hot during my stay & open plan kitchen/lounge diner got very warm but nice big electric fan helped keep it cooler.

6.0Nice colors/design, fantastic location/nearby restaurants, nice natural light, exactly everything you needed, laundry facilities, very clean, responsive hosts, surprisingly quiet given location on a busy road
− Looked nicer in photos than it was IRL—okay for a short stay, but would've been disappointing longer-term. Synthetic bedding was sweaty, only one set of keys, ceiling leak, flimsy sofa cushions, shower handle/valve and toiletries already a bit broken
