9.0Die super Lage. Wir waren erfreut das im Bad und Küche alle Verbrauchsartike vorhanden waren. Sogar 4 kleine Flaschen Wasser.

5.0− The host asked for additional 20 pounds for “insurance”, the day before check-in and they forced me to pay in order to be allowed to the property the day after. The thing is that it looked like fraud. No receipt was provided upon payment of this additional 20 pounds. Basically they want guests to cover for the cost of the insurance they have to pay on yearly basis. Furthermore, there was lack of privacy in the property, since its basically a small size taken from a bigger apartment and it possible to bear everything from the attached apartment!

7.0La disponibilità di Roompilot Abde che gestisce l'appartamento (abbiamo trovato cicche in terrazza buttate dal piano superiore e hanno mandato qualcuno a pulire, c'è stato un problema con il self check in e sono venuti di notte a portarci le chiavi, c'era la tenda rotta e l'hanno riparata, sono entrate formiche da fuori e hanno proposto disinfestazione) La luminosità Lo spazio più ampio di quello che allo stesso prezzo avrei trovato altrove in città Forniture della cucina (macchinetta caffè con capsule, tostapane, microonde, forno, fornelli, alcune stoviglie, posate, pentole, bicchieri e tazze, zucchero, sale, olio, aceto e pepe) La posizione
− Mancanza aria condizionata Pulizia mediocre per i miei standard (ma non pessima), cattivo odore e sporcizia nel pianerottolo Scarsa insonorizzazione Letto matrimoniale più piccolo del normale ma credo sia la misura standard per Londra Difficoltà con il self check in Mancanza teli da bagno (solo misure piccole, portarsi accappatoi da casa è fondamentale)
