− Відношення ( не знаю хто то був - власник чи адміністратор), не сподобалося, що кілька разів змінювали час прибуття ( їхали з іншої країни на авто з дітьми). При бронюванні здивувався чому не знялися кошти з банківської карти. При детальному розгляді інформації, виявилося, що оплата має бути безпосередньо на місці. При розмові по телефону, нам сказали, що ми нічого не зробили для того щоб забронювати апартаменти. Розмова з боку керівництва готелю була хамська та не приємна. Нас приїхало 8 людей - 3 дорослих та 5 дітей. Після того, як нас відмовили заселити, ми були змушені ночувати в автомобілі ( оскільки був пізній час та нас було багато, то знайти нове житло від 23:40 і до 2:00 нам так і не вдалося). Після так званої "комфортної ночівлі" в автомобілі ми рушили далі до Кельна. КАТЕГОРИЧНО НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

1.0Nur der aus Blick.
− Die Sauberkeit war eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Küche war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand den sogenannten Herd (zwei Kochplatten) da besteht lebensgefahr. Das Bad war unzumutbar überall schimmel und lose fliesen bei der Toilettenbürste findet man keine Worte und aus dem Lüfter kommen die Schaben geflogen.
