The only positive thing about this accommodation is its location. It’s close to the city center.

− Despite the very poor reviews this accommodation has received both here and on Google, we decided to give it a chance because the location was excellent and the price was very attractive. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed, and we can confirm that the negative reviews are accurate. We tried to overlook the fact that the staff spoke virtually no English. It seemed that the same employees were handling both reception duties and housekeeping, and communication was incredibly difficult as they only spoke Turkish. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed linen looked poorly washed, stained, and wrinkled, and the bathroom was far from hygienic. Our window overlooked a rooftop filled with rubbish, and the air conditioning was noisy and smelled of mold. When we asked for additional toilet paper, the staff looked at us as if we were asking for something unreasonable and implied that we should go and buy it ourselves. We tried to ignore these problems because we were only staying in Istanbul for three nights and used the room mainly for sleeping. However, the final day was the last straw. Breakfast is supposedly served between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. When we came downstairs with our luggage before leaving, a very rude and unfriendly receptionist was there. She spoke only Turkish, repeatedly made phone calls, and after a long and confusing conversation through a translation app, we were simply told that there would be no breakfast at all. As a result, we had to go to a hotel across the street and pay for breakfast ourselves, which cost us 1,000 Turkish Lira. When I later contacted the property via WhatsApp, I was promised a refund for this expense, but the money was never sent. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this accommodation. We genuinely wanted to give it a fair chance despite the many negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience only confirmed what so many other guests had already written.

Расположение удобное

− Персонал хотелось бы видеть в нормальном состоянии. Ужасно грязный номер. Постель вся в волосах, никто не менял перед нами. Плед, который дали укрываться грязный и с дырками. Душевая очень грязная, туалет разбит. Номер очень сильно изношен. Не рекомендуем даже на одну ночь!

I had a wonderful stay at Ada Life Hotel in Taksim for 5 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more pleasant. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and everything was well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Odległość od metra , dobre śniadania.

− Pokoje katastrofa, wyrwany kawałek łóżka, stojącego na jednym kamieniu, ściany obdarte z farby, balkon nie widział chyba żadnych rodaków czystość, urwany zagłówek wiszący nad łóżkiem, brudna pościel, brak jednej szyby pod prysznicem, lodówka syf, firanki brudne śmierdzące, pani pomyliła pokoje chciała nam dać z jakimś maleńkim okienkiem jak w piwnicy, nie polecam. Ogólnie nie wystawiam złych opinii bo mi się nie zdążyło w takim syfie mieszkać ale to już mnie przerosło.
