− Unfortunately, cleanliness was below expectations despite a cleaning fee being charged. We found dust accumulation, dirty ventilation areas, cobwebs, and a general lack of attention to detail. We also experienced issues with the access code system. Most concerning was a security issue where another guest was reportedly provided with the same apartment information and attempted to access our unit. These issues significantly affected our overall experience during our stay.
