3.0− Es gab eine sehr kurzfristige Stornierung durch den Vermieter. Wir hatten die Unterkunft im Voraus bezahlt und sie war von unserer Seite her nicht stornierbar. Deshalb fand ich den Vorschlag des Vermieters, wir sollten doch stornieren, dann würde er uns das Geld zurückgeben, sehr suspekt. Wir haben unser Geld dann via Booking eingefordert, was nach einigem hin und her auch geklappt hat.

Good, clean apartment with kitchen and washing machine
8.0Clean and comfortable apartment that met our needs. We appreciated having a kitchen and a washing machine. The host was very helpful and communicative.
− The lock box was hard to find (at the end of the block and not in front of the house) and the dishwasher was broken (host alerted us just prior to our arrival). The price was the most expensive of our entire trip.
Location and excellent service.
10.0The contact with Muhammad was exceptional. He was responsive, courteous and extremely helpful. He provided clear instructions about checking in and advised on how to use the appliances. The location of the apartment is perfect to get anywhere in London. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
