Nice location, but...
7.0Amazing location. Newly renovated apartment. Decent size studio for Amsterdam (35m) approximately. Owner was accommodating with check in and out times.
− Patio is not usable. It is an interior patio where it is awkward and uncomfortable to sit and owner does not mention that smoking is not allowed on the patio. Owner lives upstairs and is monitoring everything. Also, apartment is on the street level so shades have to be closed all day for privacy, creating a dark cave like environment.
