Great stay with minimal issues!
8.0Spacious and lots of lighting. There is no AC but tons of fans and you can open most of the windows. So we stayed comfortable most of the trip. Depending on where you’re going there are a 3 good options for grabbing a train all about 10 minutes walk away. We weren’t sure what to expect of Hammersmith but we were pleasantly surprised. There is a Gail’s coffee shop at the end of the street that is a great place to grab your morning coffee before you start your day.
− Very minor things overall. There was a shoe rack just outside the bathroom that we all tripped over multiple times throughout the stay, became a bit of a joke. Lighting in the hall between the bedrooms is sparse. Wash clothes are not provided so if you like those maybe bring your own or buy some disposable options. The TV could use some instructions, we tried to watch a couple fifa matches while there but it seemed like we were locked out of being able to log into our own accounts.

− Poca attenzione agli scarichi dei bagni (lavandino e doccia in particolare), un po' intasati. Se metti a disposizione gli asciugamani dovresti garantirne uno a testa per tipo, non a camera. Il phone non era funzionante. Non c'era in dotazione carta igienica se non un rotolo già utilizzato da qualcun'altro.

10.0Appartement vraiment incroyable, ainsi que l'hôte. Déjà loué plusieurs fois et toujours aussi génial. L'emplacement est super, à proximité du métro et tous commerces. Il y a un grand Tesco à côté, pratique pour faire les courses.

7.0− Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, due to a flight delay the day before, I emailed the host asking for an hour-long checkout time extension (from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM). However, the host refused the extension, saying my email hadn't been confirmed. Furthermore, the cleaning guy who came to clean the room was extremely rude. He came in while we were still packing and started cleaning, and her tone and attitude were extremely unpleasant.
I don’t recommend it, host is not helpful. I have asked him about the tea cattle to change as iy was rusty and old. Smel
