Great space for west end stay!

Brilliant location, so quiet in the flat despite being roadside, great amenities and plenty of space. Nice and clean! Staff super friendly too!

Brilliant location, close to top attractions, restaurants and West End theatre. In a busy location but very quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Air-conditioning was great during the heatwave in London. The lift was helpful in handling our heavy luggage.

− The shower did not have a door, so water splashed out into the bathroom and the foyer.

Rude management and dysfunctional plumbing but good location

The location was perfect for my work a 10 minute walk away. Cute cafe below as well. It was relatively spacious for a city studio but I was alone. Would have been good with one other person too. Also the kitchen area seemed clean and relatively new.

− Every night between 2am and 4am the water would suddenly turn on either the shower two feet from my bed and streams would rush down for a few minutes or the sink 10 feet away and loudly glug 50-60 times first fast and frequent then slower over the course of 15-20 minutes. The “management” (people/person I never got a name even after asking for four days) Who answered but maybe didn’t read the host messages were “removed” to say the least and most accurately gas lighting me of these issues. I also echo the other reviews of many dust bunnies under the bed and unfortunately a rather cheap uncomfortable mattress. Do not stay in Unit 3 - unit 4 above was very loud late at night and early in the morning. Worst four nights of sleep I’ve had since I had a newborn.

− Dosyć ciężko znaleźć wejście do bydynku i zapamiętać kody ale instrukcje od personelu i były bardzo pomocne i jasne.

Great location, very clean, couldn’t hear any noise from outside, air-conditioning. Enquiries answered. The room was very nice they done well with the space they have

− The floor between the bedroom and sitting room/kitchen was so noisy, went beyond a squeaking floor. Bed mattress was very very soft. I stayed with kids so had a buggy, entrance very narrow but they did have a lift, better to not have buggy.
