La ubicación fue lo único bueno

− La habitación estaba abierta, la chica de la limpieza dejó sus cosas ahí y maletas y se llevó la llave que sería la nuestra. no sabíamos si los huéspedes anteriores no se habían ido aún o que había pasado, la chica se apareció hasta varias horas después y la limpieza no estaba realizada cuando llegamos, habían pelos en la cama y baño, ropa y artículos que desconocíamos de quién era y no nos daban respuesta. Nos perdimos toda la tarde esperando a que llegaran a solucionar el problema y al final el spa por el que hicimos la reservación no tenía acceso por tener horario restringido hasta 5pm hora donde seguíamos esperando que nos dieran una llave de la habitación abierta

Location is great if you want to stay at Brickell

− The bed and bedding was horrible! AC was limited and restricted to 72 degrees, which it never reached. We checked out after one night

The place is well located on Brickell and in a building which als houses W-Hotel.

− We were first provided with keys of wrong apartment, which was a shocker. Couple of hours later, when we couldn't reach the floor because of the wrong allocation, we were provided access to the actual studio. This was much nicer place. Looks are deceiving though. The bed was rock hard and the pillows pebbles. The AC could only be set till 72 degrees ad the whole evening was warm. There were no courtesy coffee pods ao bottle of water, nor instructions where one could get/buy these nearby. We checked out the second day and left two pre-paid days "on the table". Never heard back from the host.
