6.0Приветливая хозяйка, хорошее месторасположение, хорошая планировка квартиры, наличие стирально/сушильной машины
− Очень шумно, со стороны гостиной рестораны и шумная улица, со стороны спален помойка, куда рестораны днем и ночью выносят мусор, в т ч стеклянные бутылки! Мусорные баки очень сильно пахнут, невозможно открыть окна! Нет кондиционеров. Был переносной кондиционер , но отверстие в окне для него не предусмотрено. Требуется ремонт. Очень грязные окна снаружи и жалюзи внутри. Не хватает уюта, смените управляющего!
