Lokalizacja -blisko do Wembley, a na tym mi zależało, żeby po koncercie szybko dostać się nie korzystając z komunikacji miejskiej.

− Pokój był niedosprzatany. Brudny smietnik w łazience, brudne ściany. W pokoju wszedzie kurz. Był czajnik (brudny) -ale zadnej szklanki. Przed pokojem meble ogrodowe, mocno zużyte, nadawały się na śmietnik -z popekanym rattanem i bardzo brudnymi poduszkami. Na deser- pod drzawiami pokoju ogromna butelka pełna papierosów (kiepów) 🫣

− Booking.com double booked our booking, p emails me 12 hours before we were due to check in. Did not give any other option to stay elsewhere or to find us alternative accommodation. How to spend more money to find more accommodation. Day we were due to arrive in London they emailed to say they had availability for us to stay where we were originally meant to. At this point I had already booked elsewhere. They offered us a refund and now I'm trying to get it back. Very disappointed.

Would stay here again.. thanks

Clean and comfy bed

Cancelled on the day then offered me their spare room - dodgy and unsafe

− They cancelled my booking on the morning I was supposed to check in, without any reason (they said calendar issues). They then tried to offer me their spare room in their house for the same price. It's not a listed room they rent out, just their spare room. It felt very dodgy and unsafe.

It was walking distance to Wembley stadium - 30 minutes

− Not clean, dingy, hard towels didn’t feel safe as 2 females travelling

− Avoid this place. One of the worst places I’ve stayed. The property was filthy, smelled unpleasant and felt neglected and unsafe from the moment we arrived. The entrance and outside area were disgusting – overgrown, broken furniture and a huge container full of cigarette butts right outside our door. (And the called the room garden view 🤦🏻‍♀️) Inside was no better. No towels provided, and the only towel there looked used and had visible toothpaste marks on it. The sink was dirty and overall hygiene was really poor. Also worth noting that it’s a full 30-minute walk to Wembley Stadium, so keep that in mind if booking for an event. I was travelling with my daughter and did not feel comfortable staying here at all. We only stayed because of the extreme heat in London and not having time to find somewhere else. Would not stay again and would not recommend.
