A lot of room and kitchen was nice.

− Bathrooms were a little dirty and AC was just two small portable units. Walk to the nearest tube station was longer than advertised, a bit over 10min walk. Beds were very soft.

Terrible service and cancelled our booking at check-in, leaving me & my 3 children stranding after an 11 hour journe

I didn’t get as far as viewing it as cancelled our reservation at check-in.

− The disgrace of cancelling at check-in leaving myself and my 3 children with no where to stay after booking 4months in advance! Changed the name of this accommodation various times over that 4 months and now I wonder if this is why!!

It was terrible from the beginning and only got worse!

− We are submitting this complaint regarding our recent stay because the condition of the property was materially different from what was advertised, and several significant issues were not disclosed prior to our arrival. When we checked in, we immediately discovered that extensive construction and renovation work was taking place at the property. Scaffolding surrounded the building, blocking the views from both the front and rear of the apartment. The common entryway was gutted, dusty, and under active renovation, requiring us to walk through a construction zone every time we entered or exited the apartment. None of this was disclosed before our stay. Upon entering the apartment, we also found a handwritten note stating that one of the showers could not be used until after an inspection the following day. This was never communicated before our arrival. As a result, four guests had to share a single shower for the first part of our stay. We were also informed that someone would be entering the apartment for the inspection, creating additional concerns about our privacy and security since this was not disclosed in advance. The situation worsened during our visit. Exterior construction generated so much dust that it entered the apartment, leaving a noticeable layer of dust throughout the kitchen. At one point, debris was actively falling from the chimney into the fireplace inside the apartment, raising concerns about both cleanliness and safety. Construction activity also interfered with our ability to access the property. Workers were laying tile and performing other work in the common area outside the apartment, making it difficult for us to leave the unit and, at times, effectively trapping us inside while work was underway. We also experienced excessive construction noise. We were advised that workers would begin at approximately 9:00 a.m., but they instead began working around 7:30 a.m., disrupting our stay much earlier than we had been told.

Everything was enjoyable except for the stairs. Close to shops and transport.

The master bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable, tv in bedroom and living room, kitchen was well stocked with condiments, fruit, eggs etc which was really good, cold water in fridge. Buses were only a block away.

− I thought I had booked a ground floor property but there were 27 steps up to front door and another 3 staircases within the property which at 76 with 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement I found very challenging. The cleaner carried my bags up for me and when I checked out he came and carried my suitcase down for me, I don’t know how I would have managed otherwise.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the communication was excellent at all times from the moment we made the booking. The apartment is full of thoughtful little details that make your stay really comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely come back without hesitation!

comfortable and convenient

The location of the apartment was great. The buses were very close and the tube stations were a short walk. Restaurants and convience stores very close. Our hosts left us some items to eat and drink which was very nice until we got to know the area. The neighborhood was very nice and was quiet in the evenings. I was truly happy with the accomodations.
