Great location and ale, but other aspects require improvement.
8.0The location; conveniently close to the O2, where I was attending a concert. Breakfast excellent. Room well-equipped. Good ale!
− The bed (Room 6) is rather disconcerting, because you have to clamber over it to get in and, even more awkwardly, to get out. Staff were sometimes more interested in talking to each other, rather than serving customers in a pleasant manner. Plates, cutlery and glasses left on tables for unacceptably lengthy periods, only being cleared at 'last orders.'

6.0De bereikbaarheid en parking voor de deur is super handig als je met de wagen tot in Londen wil geraken. Bussen, metro en Uberboat zijn op wandelafstand. Er is een levendige pub op het gelijkvloers waar je ook kan eten, het geluid was niet te horen op de kamer (2de verdieping).
− Het ontbijt was erg beperkt, voor een cappuccino moest je bijbetalen en de bediening was erg traag. De bedden waren wat te hard, het koffietoestel op de kamer functioneerde niet.
Well worth checking out, especially if you are going to the O2.
10.0We were at a concert at the O2, we have eaten here before so decided to try an overnight stay. It is a five minute walk to the O2. The rate includes parking for the car and breakfast. The room is really well designed and comfortable with very effective air con, which this year is essential. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend
