1.0Nice and comfortable room
− The front desk staff scammed us for a roundtrip airport transfer that was to pick us up back to airport at 1030pm. We got to lobby at 1034pm and they informed us that the shuttle had left us and that we needed to neat another 20 mins for another one. We'll we did not have 20 mins to wait since out flight was in the next 2 hrs. We asked for a refund as we had found alternate plans to get us to airport quicker and they refused to give us our money back. They even threatened to call police!
Helpfull staff, everything was as it was presented on website.
