8.0the location and the condo
− the bedrooms need some work = a tiny nightstand between 2 large beds only big enough for a lamp. The lamp switch was behind a headboard - very difficult to get at and accessible from one bed only. The sheets were not good quality = faded dark grey pillowcases with bleach stain on one. Pillows very poor quality - no pillow protectors on them so the cleanliness came into question. When it comes time to replace the decorative pillows consider ones with washable covers so they can be washed when necessary and look fresh with each guest. There should have been a washable mattress pad between the mattress encasement - which crinkled like plastic when you moved and left your back wet in the morning. A shelf under the TV or a charging station(s) on a larger night stand beside the bed would be convenient. My phone spent the evening on the floor under the TV, plugged into the closest accessible outlet. It would have been nice to have it on the night stand beside my bed. It is a lovely condo, the location is brilliant and the parking a great bonus...but the little details mentioned above needlessly take it down. BTW I am a designer that does resort/BNB work in the Turks and Caicos so what I'm mentioning are common provisions. THESE COMMENTS ARE MEANT FOR OWNERS/MANAGERS ONLY - THEY ARE MEANT TO BE CONSTRUCTIVE NOT A PART OF A NEGATIVE REVIEW

10.0Everything was lovely! Spacious, clean, comfortable, great location near Design District.
Best place to stay in the Sunshine state!
10.0The location was amazing! The apartment and the amenities were also amazing! The security was a plus! Having your own personal parking spot was also a bonus. Location and building felt very secure and everyone was so enjoyable. Restaurants and bars around the property were AMAZING. Will definitely return!

The rental was nice, clean and comfortable. The place was a perfect with activities nearby.
